Article 1 - Software Status

My AI Assistant service is software under development that may contain a number of bugs. The user acknowledges using the service as is and accepts that malfunctions may occur.

Article 2 - Intellectual Property and Installation

All elements on this site (text, images, videos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Plaiades, unless otherwise stated, and may be generated by artificial intelligence. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.

Any unofficial copy of the software is strictly prohibited. Each user must imperatively use the official installer downloaded from mon-assistant-ia.net.

Article 3 - Personal Data Protection

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 and the European GDPR, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you. To exercise this right, contact contact@plaiades.fr.
